The Mano River Union School on Internet Governance and Emerging Technologies (MRU SIG) offers a comprehensive, practical, and future-focused learning experience designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and leadership required to contribute meaningfully to digital policy and Internet Governance at national, regional, and global levels.
Built on international best practices and tailored to the priorities of the Mano River Union region, the programme combines expert instruction, interactive learning, policy simulations, case studies, and networking opportunities to prepare participants for today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The MRU SIG is organized as an annual flagship regional programme, bringing together a diverse cohort of participants from across the Mano River Union region and beyond.
The programme is delivered through three integrated phases
